What skills, abilities, and personal attributes are essential to success in your job/this field?
General skills as communication strength, people management and resourcefulness for a variety of problem solutions are essential. But also a certain interest and sense for technology in combination with economy is important. This, mixed with a high drive and discipline is the key.

What is a typical day (or week) like for you?
Every day starts with a coffee, that's the only thing which is typical. The rest is completely versatile. That's one of the reasons I love my job.

What is the most important lesson you learned so far?
Planning is good, but does no good without action.

If you weren't a consultant, what would you be?
I would probably be a police man. I even applied after school and was accepted, but nevertheless decided for studying and going this career, which I really enjoy. I don't regret my decision.

What are you passionate about?
Delicious food and travelling. Experiencing different cultures and new regions. The freedom of diving.

What is the wisest thing anyone has ever told you?
"If I was a prince and you were a prince, who cares about the sheep?!"
My father used to tell me this saying when I was younger, with the intention for always being open-minded and respectful towards all other fellow human beings, regardless their profession, ancestry, belief or culture.
